Sports Authority of Telangana

The youngest state of India, Telangana was founded on 2nd June 2014 according to the Reorganisation Act 2014. The Act No.4 of 2016 has a provision for the establishment of Sports Authorities by the Government of Telangana. Consequently, the Sports Authority of Telangana (SATG) has come into existence in the State of Telangana for the promotion of sports under the administrative control of Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture(Sports) Department(YAT&C Dept)
